1. Cancellation & Refunds for Lessons

Lesson Bookings: If you need to cancel or reschedule a booked private lesson or class, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made 24 hours or more before your scheduled class are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.

Missed Lessons: If you do not attend a scheduled class or cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, the lesson fee is non-refundable and will not be credited.

Teacher Cancellations: If a class or lesson is cancelled by Speak Fluent French with GL, you will be offered the choice of a full refund or to reschedule at a convenient time.

2. Group Courses & Packages

Course fees for group classes or multi-class packages are non-refundable once the course has started or any material/links have been provided. If you need to withdraw prior to the start date, please contact us for assistance.

3. Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital materials (downloads, worksheets, ebooks), all such purchases are final and non-refundable once access has been granted.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or discuss your situation, please use our Contact page or email us directly. Include your booking details and the reason for your request. We aim to review all requests within 3–5 business days.
